**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet potential residents and provide detailed property tours, highlighting features and amenities.
- Build rapport with prospective tenants to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Accurately explain and promote the lease terms, policies, and application process.
- Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Process rental applications and conduct credit checks and background screenings efficiently.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and collect necessary documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of the property market, including competitor communities, pricing, and special offerings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and outreach activities to attract prospective residents.
- Assist with resident retention by addressing tenant concerns and promoting community activities.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records in the leasing management software.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with property management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
