**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team at Mont 44. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with facility upgrades and renovations as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for on-call work, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
