As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our residential property by providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will be the first point of contact and a vital representative of our community, helping individuals and families find their ideal home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing informative and engaging property tours.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate the benefits of living at Point on Flamingo.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, price changes, and industry trends.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available units and community amenities.
- Assist with the application process, lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all fair housing laws.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their concerns and needs.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Participate in community events and resident activities to enhance the living experience and foster a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Proficient in using property management software and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
