Leasing Agent - Aero Townhomes

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to support property leasing operations and deliver a positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will assist with community tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and help maintain strong resident relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to balance sales, service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease preparation, and move-in procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, leases, and resident interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and schedule appointments.
  • Support resident retention efforts by delivering excellent customer service and addressing concerns appropriately.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, open houses, outreach activities, and community events.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings to support leasing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing guidelines, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming approach.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close leases effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with property management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or similar applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fair housing practices and leasing regulations preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
