We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our community operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will support day-to-day property maintenance needs, respond to service requests, and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine and preventative maintenance tasks across the property
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general upkeep
• Inspect building systems and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Support apartment turns, including repairs, touch-ups, and readiness for new residents
• Assist with pool, grounds, and exterior maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and follow-up items
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members, vendors, and management to ensure high-quality service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of general maintenance practices, tools, and repair techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and efficiently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for work order systems may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of apartment community operations
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with safety standards and emergency response procedures
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience
