**Position Overview:**
The Leasing Professional will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the Cinnamon Tree Apartments community. This position involves working closely with prospective and current residents to ensure their needs are met while effectively promoting the property and its amenities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Frontline Customer Service:** Greet potential residents, provide property information, conduct property tours, and answer inquiries about apartments, amenities, and community lifestyle.

- **Leasing Negotiation:** Assist potential residents in selecting apartments that fit their needs, walk them through the application process, and present lease agreements.

- **Marketing Initiatives:** Foster creative marketing strategies to promote property leasing, including the management of online listings, social media accounts, and community events.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to encourage renewals and enhance resident satisfaction through ongoing engagement and communication.

- **Administrative Tasks:** Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rental applications, and communication with residents. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations surrounding leasing.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident requests and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.

- **Community Engagement:** Organize resident events and activities to foster community spirit and enhance resident experience.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and team members.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.

- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for providing great service.
