**Position Summary:**
As a Leasing Professional at Canyon Crest, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a vital role in showcasing the property. You will be responsible for managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring an outstanding experience for all potential and current residents. Your expertise in property management and customer service will contribute to the overall success of our community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner, providing property tours and highlighting features and benefits of living at Canyon Crest.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of available units, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate with potential residents and answer inquiries.
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify applicant information to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Collaborate with the property management team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist with lease preparation and administration, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize and participate in community events to foster resident engagement and promote a welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, marketing efforts, and property availability.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to help refine our leasing strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
