**Job Overview:**
As a Leasing Consultant at Harmon 370, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, responsible for showcasing our community and guiding them through the leasing process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high occupancy rates, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive living experience for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Leasing:** Actively promote available apartments through various channels, conduct property tours, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of living at Harmon 370.
- **Sales:** Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into leases by understanding the needs of potential residents and presenting tailored solutions.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and process lease agreements, move-in paperwork, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- **Marketing:** Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents, including online listings, social media outreach, and community events.
- **Resident Relations:** Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting community events, addressing concerns, and maintaining open communication.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of prospective residents, follow-up calls, and leasing activities to track performance metrics and occupancy rates.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (experience with Yardi or other CRM tools is a plus).
