**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Floating Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our facilities across multiple locations. The Floating Maintenance Technician will support various sites, ensuring equipment, systems, and facilities are operating optimally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address problems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with site managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation for each site.
- Support occasional installation and modification projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient solutions.
- Assist in managing inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and environmental, health, and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance work, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
