- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain qualified renters.
- Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available across all leasing platforms.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
