**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to resolve problems.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure operational functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
- Manage inventory of repair equipment and supplies, ensuring availability as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and/or HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good physical condition, as the role requires standing, lifting, and working in various environments.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
